欧洲FAIRsFAIR“高等教育FAIR能力框架与课程体系”解读及启示

摘要: [目的/意义] 介绍欧洲FAIRsFAIR项目制定的“高等教育FAIR能力框架”及高校FAIR能力课程体系,为国内高校及高校图书馆将FAIR相关内容整合到其课程和教学中提供参考。[方法/过程] 通过归纳分析,提炼框架内容及高校FAIR能力课程体系设计过程与方法。[结果/结论] FAIRsFAIR“高等教育FAIR能力框架”及高校FAIR能力课程体系为国内高校开展FAIR能力教育与培训提供了思路。国内高校可将FAIR能力培育嵌入到已有的数据科学或数据管理课程教学中,促进图书馆与院系合作,推动数据管理与FAIR数据相关的政策制定及基础设施建设。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This paper introduces FAIR Competence Framework for Higher Education and the related model lessons developed by FAIRsFAIR (Fostering FAIR data practices in Europe) in order to provide a reference for universities and university libraries in China to integrate FAIR data-related content in curriculum and teaching. [Method/Process] Based on inductive analysis, the content of FAIR Competence Framework, the process and the method of designing FAIR competence lessons were extracted. [Result/Conclusion] FAIRsFAIR’s FAIR Competence Framework for Higher Education and the related model lessons provide a practical guidance on FAIR competence education and training for universities in China. Universities in China can bring the FAIR related competences into the data science and data stewardship curricula, facilitate the cooperation between libraries and colleges, and promote the adoption of research data management and FAIR data-related policies and infrastructure construction.
