公共图书馆老年用户获得感的概念内涵、生成基础和评价维度

The Conceptual Connotation, Generation Basis and Evaluation Dimension of Sense of Acquisition of Elderly Users of Public Libraries

摘要: [目的/意义] 提高公共图书馆对提升老年用户获得感的重视程度,引导公共图书馆有效地开展老年用户服务工作,提高老年用户服务水平。[方法/过程] 利用文献调研和网络调研的方法,对公共图书馆老年用户服务相关的理论与实践成果进行总结分析,理顺公共图书馆老年用户获得感的概念内涵,探究其生成基础,从而构建公共图书馆老年用户获得感的评价维度体系。[结果/结论] 公共图书馆老年用户获得感是由客观获得和主观感知组成的有机整体,在客观获得上呈现为适老化服务、无障碍服务、关怀性服务和发展型服务四个维度的获得,在主观感知上则受到绝对获得层面的感知质量感和相对获得层面的感知公平感、期望感知度影响,最终确认期望形成满意的评价,实现“获得”与“感”的统一。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] In order to improve the importance of public libraries to enhance the sense of acquisition of elderly users, guide public libraries to effectively carry out elderly user service work and improve the service level of elderly users. [Method/Process] This paper used the methods of literature research and network research to summarize and analyze the theoretical and practical achievements related to the service of elderly users in public libraries, rationalized the conceptual connotation of the sense of acquisition of elderly users in public libraries, explored its generation basis, and constructed an evaluation dimension system for the sense of acquisition of elderly users of public libraries. [Result/Conclusion] It is concluded that the sense of acquisition of elderly users of public libraries is an organic whole composed of objective acquisition and subjective perception. In terms of objective acquisition, it presents the acquisition of four dimensions: age-appropriate services, barrier-free services, caring services and development-oriented services. In terms of subjective perception, it is affected by the sense of perceived quality at the absolute acquisition level and the sense of perceived fairness and expectation perception at the relative acquisition level, and finally confirms that expectations form a satisfactory evaluation to achieve the unity of “gain” and “sense”.
