摘要:

指出图书情报专业培训的现状和面临的问题,引入Dreyfus技能获取模型和最佳实践,并讨论二者的关系。通过分析不同层次从业人员的需求,结合Dreyfus技能获取模型和最佳实践,就图书情报专业培训机构、培训生推送单位以及处于Dreyfas模型5个阶段的培训对象三方之间就培训内容、培训方式进行详细阐述。

Abstract:

Based on the problems analysis of the current library and information professional training, the paper introduced Dreyfus skills acquisition model and best practices. The relation between the two was discussed. Through the analysis of different levels of education personnel demand, combined with the Dreyfus model of skills acquisition and best practices, this article studied in detail the training contents and methods for trainees in five stages in the library and information science organizations.
