高校移动图书馆内容个性化实证研究

摘要:

[目的/意义]对高校移动图书馆内容个性化的结构维度进行研究,为我国高校移动读书馆内容建设提供借鉴。[方法/过程]在文献阅读和深度访谈的基础上,提炼出30个移动图书馆内容个性化测量题项,然后通过问卷调查收集数据,采用因子分析和回归分析方法对移动图书馆内容个性化构成维度以及各维度对用户满意度的影响进行实证研究。[结果/结论]研究结果表明:移动图书馆内容个性化构成维度由内容推荐、内容检索、内容优化、内容扩展和内容安全5个维度构成;内容推荐是最重要的维度,其后依次是内容优化、内容扩展、内容检索和内容安全。

Abstract:

[Purpose/significance] This paper researches the structure dimension of the content personalization of the mobile library in University, and provides theoretical reference for the construction of mobile library in China. [Method/process] On the basis of literature review and in-depth interviews, thirty content personalization measurement items of university mobile library are extracted. Then through data collected by questionnaires, it conducts empirical research on the dimensions of content personalization and their effects on user satisfaction by using the methods of factor analysis and regression analysis. [Result/conclusion] The research results indicate that the content personalization of mobile library consists of five dimensions: content recommendation, content retrieval, content optimization, content extension and content security. Among these factors, the most significant one is content retrieval, followed by content optimization, content recommendation, content optimization and content extension.
