情报分析计算化:背景、作用及关键问题

摘要: [目的/意义]从理论与实践的视角探讨情报分析计算化的背景、作用和关键问题。[方法/过程]梳理情报分析走向计算的发生背景和现象转变,对情报分析计算化的作用进行归纳总结,对发展计算型情报分析的关键问题进行探讨。[结果/结论]情报分析走向计算的产生主要源于由研究范式转变、资源数字化、信息技术以及计算方法的发展等,情报分析计算化可以解决人脑分析的自然局限、微观层次的不可观察性、分析速度等问题,在发展计算型情报分析过程中,理论体系、计算化思维、工作模式、数据资源建设等是目前值得关注的关键问题。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The paper aims to study the background, functions and key issues of the computation of intelligence analysis from the perspective of theory and practice.[Method/process] It reviews the background and phenomenon change of intelligence analysis toward computation,summarizes the functions of the computation of intelligence analysis, and clarifies the issues for developing computational intelligence analysis.[Result/conclusion] The intelligence analysis toward computation originated from the shift of research paradigm, the digitization of resources, and the development of information technology and computing methods. The computation of intelligence analysis can solve the natural limits of manual analysis, the microscopic levels of non-observability, and speed of analysis. Finally,in the development of computational intelligence analysis, there are four key issues need to be focused, including theoretical system, computational thinking, work mode, and data resources.
