我国移动图书馆高校用户接受行为影响因素Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Factors Influencing Chinese College Users' Acceptance Behavior for Mobile Libraries

摘要: [目的/意义] 针对已有移动图书馆高校用户接受行为影响因素实证研究结果之间的不一致问题,对该领域相关实证研究加以梳理和再分析。以明确影响移动图书馆高校用户接受行为一般性因素在程度和方向上的差异。[方法/过程] 利用元分析方法,通过系统收集与移动图书馆高校用户接受行为相关的实证研究文献,梳理和识别影响移动图书馆高校用户接受行为的关键因素。从移动图书馆的知识内容特征、技术媒介特征、用户个体特征和接受情境特征等4个维度构建移动图书馆高校用户接受行为因素模型。[结果/结论] 研究发现影响我国移动图书馆高校用户接受行为的主要因素为:感知有用性、任务-技术匹配、感知质量、感知易用性、便利条件、个体创新、自我效能、社会影响、主观规范和感知成本等10个因素。其中,感知成本和任务-技术匹配对移动图书馆高校用户接受行为的影响不显著,个体创新和自我效能对移动图书馆高校用户接受行为的影响最大,感知易用性和感知有用性是影响移动图书馆高校用户接受行为最显著的变量。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Considering the inconsistency between the empirical results of influencing factors of user acceptance behavior in mobile libraries, the related empirical researched are re-viewed and re-analyized. To clarify the differences in the degree and direction of the general factors affecting mobile library users' acceptance behavior.[Method/process] By using meta-analysis method, this paper systematically collects and identifies the key factors affecting the acceptance behavior of university users in mobile libraries through collecting relevant empirical research literature on the acceptance behavior of university users in mobile libraries. This paper constructs a user acceptance behavior model of mobile libraries from four dimensions:knowledge content, technology media, user individual and acceptance situation.[Result/conclusion] The results showed that the main factors influencing the acceptance behavior of mobile library users in China include perceived usefulness, task-technology matching, perceived quality, perceived ease of use, convenience, individual innovation, self-efficacy, social impact, subjective norms and perceived cost. Among them, perceived cost and task-technology matching have no significant impact on University user acceptance behavior of mobile library, individual innovation and self-efficacy have the greatest impact on University user acceptance behavior of mobile library, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are the most significant variables affecting university user acceptance behavior of mobile library.
