用户参与的高校图书馆知识产权信息服务能力建设

摘要: [目的/意义] 探讨用户参与的高校图书馆知识产权信息服务能力建设问题,以期为高校图书馆获取多方用户资源支持,更好地开展知识产权信息服务能力建设提供思路和参考。[方法/过程] 基于用户的多角色共同体特征,引入用户参与式设计理念,将政府、产业联盟/行业协会、高校、企业和科研院所等各类用户作为知识产权信息服务的创造设计者和改变者,构建高校图书馆知识产权信息服务能力建设框架,并对不同用户类型的资源情况进行分析。[结果/结论] 以上海海事大学图书馆知识产权信息服务能力建设为例,验证用户参与提供支持是弥补高校图书馆资源不足的有效途径,有助于知识产权信息服务能力的建设。对各类用户关心和支持高校图书馆知识产权信息服务能力建设提出期望。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper discusses the construction of Intellectual Property Information Service (IPIS) of university libraries based on Participatory Design (PD) concept, in order to provide some references for university libraries to obtain multi-user resource and better develop IPIS ability. [Method/process] In view of the user’s multi-role community characteristics, the PD concept was introduced, various users such as government, industry alliances/industry associations, universities, enterprises and research institutes were used as creative designers and changers of IPIS, a framework for the construction of IPIS abilities was constructed, and the resources of all users were analyzed. [Result/conclusion] Taking the Shanghai Maritime University Library as an example, the users participation in providing resource support is an effective way to make up for the shortage of resources is proved, and which is contributed to the construction of university libraries’ IPIS abilities. And the expectation for the users to support the construction of IPIS abilities of university libraries is put forward in the end.
