摘要: [目的/意义] 对《竞争情报分析方法及应用》一书进行评介,旨在使读者了解竞争情报在大数据时代的理论、方法和实践。[方法/过程] 作者在大量阅读的基础上对已有的中外著述进行综述和比较,立足大数据时代的形势和用户需求变化,结合理论研究和项目实践,梳理了国内外竞争情报的发展历程,阐述了竞争情报新概念,探讨了竞争情报未来走向。[结果/结论] 作者突出了数据在情报处理链环中的作用,强调了以数据驱动为特色的方法论体系;突破了传统竞争学说理论,明确了基于价值网的竞争情报分析思路;在原有分析方法的基础上提出了一系列数据采集、监测、存储、组织与分析方面的新应用,为竞争情报从业人员开展工作、研究理论提供了新视角、新理念、新思路和新应用。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This article reviews the book Competitive Intelligence Analysis Methods and Applications, in order to make readers understand the theory, methods and practice of competitive intelligence in the era of big data.[Method/process] Based on extensive reading, this paper summarized and compared the existing Chinese and foreign works. Combined with theoretical research and project practice, this paper combed the development process of competitive intelligence at home and abroad, expounded new concept of competitive intelligence, and discussed the future trend of CI according to the changes in forms and user needs in big data era.[Result/conclusion] The book highlights the role of data in the chain of information processing, and emphasizes the methodology system characterized by data-driven; It breaks through the traditional competition theory and defines the new ideas of competition intelligence analysis based on value network; Based on the original analysis methods, a series of new methods for data collection, monitoring, storage, organization and analysis are proposed, which provides new perspectives, concepts, and methods for competitive intelligence practitioners to carry out work and theoretical research.
