小学生用户公共图书馆研学旅行需求及满意度研究

Research on the Demands and Satisfaction of Public Library Research Travel for Primary School Students

摘要: [目的/意义]研学旅行是公共图书馆创新社会教育服务的重要形式,通过研究小学生用户公共图书馆研学旅行需求,分析需求的类型,为明确服务的优先级提出参考建议。[方法/过程]采用深度访谈和问卷调查法,对小学生用户参与公共图书馆研学旅行状况和需求进行调查,基于Kano模型将用户需求分类,对公共图书馆研学旅行服务工作提出建议。[结果/结论]小学生用户公共图书馆研学旅行需求包括配套环境、设备设施、安保、成本、导师、馆员、产品、效果7个方面,根据需求对满意度影响程度的不同将需求划分为期望型、基本型、魅力型和无差异型,提出公共图书馆研学旅行要高质量地满足期望型需求、不断完善基本型需求、尽力保障魅力型需求、分析取舍无差异型需求的建议。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Research travel is an important form of innovative social education services for public libraries. This paper studies the demands for research travel for primary school students from public libraries, analyzes the types of demands, and makes suggestions for meeting demands by priority. [Method/Process] Using deep interviews and questionnaire survey, the paper investigated the status and needs of primary school students’ participation in public library research travel, classified the users’ requirements based on the Kano model, and made suggestions for public library research travel services. [Result/Conclusion] Primary school users’ requirements for public libraries’ research travel services can be classified to seven dimensions: supporting environment, equipment and facilities, safety protection, cost, tutors, service librarians, products, and effects. According to the extent to which demands affect satisfaction, the paper divides these demands into one-dimensional type, must-be type, attractive type, and indifferent type. Public library research travel should be high-quality to meet one-dimensional type demands, constantly improve must-be type demands, try their best to ensure attractive type demands, then analyze and choose undifferentiated demands.
