一流学科建设视角下的情报实证研究与服务策略探析

The Intelligence Empirical Research and Service Strategy Analysis from the Perspective of First-Class Discipline Construction

摘要: [目的/意义] 提出高校图书馆情报实证研究与服务策略,推动服务的普及和拓展,为高校图书馆开展类似服务提供服务范式与方法路径参考。[方法/过程] 主要运用实证研究法、归纳法、文献调研法等多种方法开展研究。以学科建设进程中的“队伍建设”“创新引领”和“绩效提升”三大应用场景为核心,提出与之相适应的三大服务模块:助力一流师资队伍建设、科研创新启示与前沿方向引导、学术产出与影响力监测,每项服务当中又各包含3种服务类别,并以系列特色实证研究方法作为各类别的支撑性内容,最终构成“九宫格”分布式情报研究与服务策略。[结果/结论] 立足一流学科建设应用场景的情报实证研究与服务策略,将研究方法与应用场景深度融合,在情报理论和服务实践之间建立起关联性通道,既丰富了情报研究方法论,也提高了方法论指导服务实践的精准性,在助力一流学科建设过程中取得显著成效。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper proposes the intelligence empirical research and service strategies of university libraries, which could promote the popularization and expansion of services, and provide a service paradigm and methodological path reference for university libraries to carry out similar services. [Method/process] In this paper, the empirical research method, inductive method and literature research method were used. In the process of discipline construction, the three application scenarios of "team building", "innovation guidance" and "performance improvement" were the core, and three service modules were proposed to match them: helping the construction of first-class teaching staff, scientific research innovation inspiration and cutting-edge direction guidance, and academic output and influence monitoring, each service includes 3 service categories, and a series of characteristic empirical research methods were used as supporting contents for each category. Ultimately, they constituted a "nine-box" distributed intelligence research and service strategy. [Result/conclusion] Based on the intelligence empirical research and service strategies based on first-class discipline construction application scenarios, the system could deeply integrate the research methods with the application scenarios, and establish a correlation channel between the intelligence theory and the service practice, which could enrich the intelligence research methodology, and could improve the accuracy of methodology’s guiding for the service practice.
