科研协同中信息操纵行为的特征及其影响因素研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： [目的/意义] 科研协同的效应取决于信息完整、正确、有效地流动，而在信息流动过程中不可避免地存在信息故意失真行为，即通过伪造、隐瞒和逃避等来操纵信息等行为。研究科研协同的信息操纵行为及其影响因素有助于科研机构掌握信息操纵行为的特征，制定信息治理策略，提升协同效应。[方法/过程] 基于扎根理论，对111位科研人员进行深度访谈，构建科研协同中的信息操纵行为影响因素概念模型。[结果/结论] 科研协同中的信息操纵行为具有利己性、欺骗性、策略性、隐蔽性等特征。可以通过培养科研人员的奉献精神、提升科研人员的信息素养、弘扬协同文化、营造友好氛围、建立有效激励机制、采用先进的信息管理平台和技术等加强信息操纵行为的治理。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The synergy effect of scientific research should depend on the complete, correct and effective flow of information, and there are inevitably intentional information distortion behaviors in the process of information flow, that is, behaviors such as manipulating information through falsification, concealment and evasion. Studying the information manipulation behaviors of scientific research collaboration and their influencing factors can help research institutions grasp the characteristics of information manipulation behaviors, formulate information governance strategies, and enhance the synergy effect.[Method/process] Based on grounded theory, this paper conducted in-depth interviews with 111 researchers, and constructed the conceptual model of influencing factors of information manipulation behaviors in scientific research collaboration.[Result/conclusion] Information manipulation behaviors in scientific research collaboration have the characteristics of selfishness, deception, strategy and concealment. The governance of information manipulation behaviors can be strengthened by cultivating the dedication of researchers, improving their information literacy, promoting a collaborative culture, creating a friendly atmosphere, establishing an effective incentive mechanism, and adopting advanced information management platforms and technologies.
