高校图书馆开展专硕知识产权素质教育的实践与思考——以山东理工大学图书馆为例

Practice and Reflection on the Quality Education of Intellectual Property Rights for Professional Master in University Libraries: Taking the Library of Shandong University of Technology as the Example

摘要: [目的/意义] 知识产权强国建设亟需大批法律性与专业性相结合的复合型人才。深入探讨高校图书馆专硕知识产权素养教育模式,对积极响应国家大力倡导的知识产权教育、有效发挥图书馆人才培养职能具有重要的意义。[方法/过程] 首先结合培养目标和情境认知理论,科学分析专硕知识产权素质教育的特点及教学设计;其次以山东理工大学图书馆为例,从教师队伍建设、知识模块组织、教学模式设计和教育质量评价4个维度,探讨其在素质教育开展方面的实践;最后结合实践成效总结该图书馆在专硕知识产权素质教育中的创新,并就高校图书馆开展专硕知识产权素质教育的优势和策略给出总结和思考。[结果/结论] 高校图书馆应凸显优势地位,充分调动与整合各类教学资源,在学校政策支持下勇于承担知识产权素质教育重任,彰显使命担当。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] The construction of intellectual property needs numerous compound talents combining legal discipline and professionalism. It is great significance to explore the mode of intellectual property literacy education for professional masters in university libraries actively responding to the intellectual property education vigorously advocated by the country and effectively exerting the function of library personnel training.[Method/Process] Firstly, based on the training objectives and situational cognition theory, the characteristics and teaching design of intellectual property quality-oriented education for professional masters were analyzed. Secondly, taking the library of Shandong University of Technology as example, this paper discussed practice in the development of quality-oriented education from four dimensions:teacher team construction, knowledge module organization, teaching method design and education quality evaluation. Finally, the paper summarized the innovation of intellectual property quality-oriented education for professional masters of the library based on the practical results, and gave a summary and reflection on the advantages and strategies of the university library in carrying out the intellectual property quality-oriented education of professional master intellectual property rights.[Result/Conclusion] University libraries should highlight their own advantages, mobilize and integrate various teaching resources, bear the responsibility of intellectual property quality education under the support of university policies, and highlight their own mission.
