知识中介服务模型构建:以企业新产品开发知识中介服务为例

Model Construction of Knowledge Intermediary Service for Enterprises: Based on Knowledge Collaboration and Knowledge Intermediary Matching Research

摘要: [目的/意义] 企业新产品开发过程中,知识中介连接核心企业与各类知识协作者,促进新产品开发各环节知识协作顺利进行。本研究为新产品开发各环节知识协作匹配适当的知识中介,进而构建知识中介服务模型,对知识中介服务提升、核心企业创新效率提高有重要意义。[方法/过程] 将知识中介分为4类,根据新产品开发各环节知识协作者及协作过程的特点,匹配适当类型的知识中介,进而构建企业新产品开发知识中介服务模型。[结果/结论] 代理型中介、合伙型中介、联络型中介和定位型中介分别适合服务于核心企业与领先用户、大学和科研机构、竞争者和供应商的知识协作。各类知识中介基于自身优势为新产品开发各类知识协作提供服务。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] During new product development, the knowledge intermediaries(KI) connect key enterprises and knowledge collaborators, providing service in the new product develop(NPD) process. It is meaningful for both key enterprises and KI to select appropriate KI for each kind of knowledge collaboration.[Method/process] This study classified KI into four classifications. According to the 4 knowledge collaborators and collaborations characteristics, it picked the most appropriate KI. Then it constructed the KI service model in the NPD process.[Result/conclusion] Agent KI, partner KI, connector KI and mediator KI could provide service for the collaboration between key enterprise and lead users, universities and research institutions, competitors and suppliers. Each kind of KI could provide various service according to their strength in knowledge fitting and knowledge collaboration stage.
