动能转换视角下图书馆信息服务创新提质增效案例与对策研究

摘要: [目的/意义] 以动能转换基本内涵为依循,初步厘清新常态下图书馆信息服务创新与提质增效内在逻辑,分析总结在非常态(新常态叠加新冠疫情)下图书馆信息服务新供给的实践案例,形成具有一定理论基础、可复制、可适用多种应用场景的新服务模式,对图书馆新常态以及未来服务创新提质增效具有一定参考意义。[方法/过程] 通过理论研究与案例结合的方法,具体分析动能转换中图书馆用户新需求与服务新供给的内容、特征和关系模型;并以新供给与新需求充分结合典型案例为基础,对信息服务创新质量效益提升路径的方法和效果进行分析;最后给出图书馆新常态下信息服务创新高质量发展基本框架的对策建议。[结果/结论] 通过对非常态下图书馆信息服务创新具体实践案例系统梳理与总结,发现以用户新需求为前提,以满足用户新需求并提供契合的服务新供给为解决路径,实现图书馆信息服务创新提质增效是动能转换过程中新常态下图书馆高质量发展的重要方向,图书馆非常态下信息服务创新实践也将成为图书馆新常态下信息服务创新的重要推动力。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Based on the basic connotation of kinetic energy conversion, this paper preliminarily clarifies the internal logic of library information service innovation, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement under the new normal. According to the logic of temporal development of normal, abnormal state and new normal, this paper analyzes and summarizes the practice cases of new supply of library information service in the period of abnormal state (new normal superimposes COVID-19), and forms a new service mode that has a certain theoretical basis, can be copied, and can be applied to a variety of scenarios. It has a certain reference significance for the new normal of libraries and quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of service innovation in the future.[Method/process] With the combination of theoretical research and case study, this paper specifically analyzed the content, characteristics and relationship model of library users' new demand and new service supply in kinetic energy conversion; then, based on the full combination of new supply and new demand with typical cases, it analyzed the methods and effects of improving quality and efficiency of service innovation; finally, it gave countermeasures and suggestions on the basic framework of the high-quality development of library information service innovation under the new normal.[Result/conclusion] This paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the specific practice cases of library information service innovation under the abnormal state, is premised on discovering new users' needs, meets the new users' needs, provides new service supply as the solution path, and realizes that the improvement of quality and efficiency of library information service innovation is the important direction of high-quality development of library under the new normal in the process of kinetic energy conversion. The new practice of library information service innovation under the abnormal state will also become an important driving force of library information service innovation under the new normal.
