Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This paper explores the essence of cultural tourism integration, puts forward the service innovation path of public libraries from the perspective of the interaction between subjects and objects of cultural tourism integration, analyzes the practice of innovation paths, and provides ideas and references for the practice of relevant units. [Method/Process] Using the method of logical deduction, this paper analyzed the interaction between subjects and objects in cultural tourism integration, put forward four public library service innovation paths, expounded the practical characteristics of relevant paths combined with specific cases, and put forward the development focus and breakthrough points of various paths. [Result/Conclusion] It is found that the exertion of the cultural attribute of the tourism objects and the satisfaction of the cultural experience of the tourism subjects are the two key links of cultural tourism integration. From the process of the interaction between the subjects and objects, this paper extracts four service innovation paths of excavating the symbolic meaning of the library, creating the meaning field of the library, promoting the cultural identity of tourists and boosting the perception of tourists’ cultural situations. Different service paths have distinct development characteristics and key points. In the process of practice, public libraries should develop matching practice paths according to their own conditions.
