高校数字记忆项目建设策略研究——以重庆大学数字记忆项目方案设计为例

摘要: [目的/意义]全球数字记忆的建设方兴未艾,但尚未有高校建设全校性数字记忆的先例。高校开展数字记忆建设,除了参照以往的案例之外,还应该立足自身教育与学术的特点,全面探索和研究建设策略。[方法/过程]在广泛调研的基础上,论证高校图书馆开展数字记忆建设的必要性和高校数字记忆的特点,并以重庆大学数字记忆项目方案设计为例,介绍项目的建设内容、建设进展、困境与经验。[结果/结论]梳理高校开展数字记忆的 6个建设策略:校内紧密协作,分工搭建团队;学习成功案例的先进做法,完善建设方案的顶层设计;深度运用数智技术开展数字人文研究;以建设之机促进数据标准统一,避免重复建设;简化资源提交流程,尽可能降低资源入库门槛;加大宣传推广,广开资源收集路径。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]Global construction of digital memory is in the ascendant,but there is no precedent for colleges and universities to build a school-wide digital memory.In order to carry out the construction of digital memory,colleges and universities should not only refer to previous cases,but also comprehensively explore and study the construction strategies based on their own educational and academic characteristics.[Method/Process]On the basis of extensive investigation and research,this paper demonstrated the necessity of developing digital memory construction in university libraries,and characteristics of digital memory in colleges and universities.Taking the scheme design of Chongqing University Digital Memory Project as an example,this study introduced the construction content,construction progress,difficulties and experience of this project.[Result/Conclusion]This paper provides six construction strategies for developing digital memory in colleges and universities,which are,close cooperation within the university,division of labor and team building;learn advanced practices from successful cases and improve the top-level design of the construction scheme;deeply use digital intelligence technology to carry out digital humanities research;use the opportunity of construction to promote the unification of data standards and avoid repeated construction;simplify the resource submission process and minimize the threshold of resource warehousing;increase publicity and promotion,and expand resource collection paths.
