常态化疫情防控阶段高校学生对图书馆线上服务的需求研究

Students’ Online Demand Analysis of University Libraries in Regular Epidemic Prevention and Control Stage

摘要: [目的/意义] 了解常态化疫情防控阶段高校学生对图书馆线上服务的需求状况,帮助高校图书馆实现线上服务的帕累托最优。[方法/过程] 通过深度访谈、德尔菲法建立起13项服务需求指标;基于Kano模型进行问卷设计,并向“双一流”高校学生发放问卷;对问卷结果依次进行传统Kano归类、Better-Worse指数归类计算,最终得到期望型需求三项,必备型需求四项,魅力型需求四项,无差异型需求两项。[结果/结论] 根据疫情进入常态化防控阶段前后需求优先序差异对比和各需求属性特点,结合服务开展情况,提出优化策略。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] In order to understand the library services online demands of college students in regular epidemic prevention and control stage, and help college libraries to achieve Pareto optimal online service. [Method/Process] This paper established 13 service demand indicators through in-depth interviews and Delphi method; Based on the Kano model, the questionnaire was designed and distributed to “double first-class” college students; The questionnaire results were classified into traditional Kano classification, and Better-Worse index classification, and finally obtain three expectation requirements, four must-be requirements, four attractive requirements and two indifference requirements. [Result/Conclusion] Based on the comparison of demand priorities before and after the regular epidemic prevention and control stage and the characteristics of demand attributes, this paper proposes optimic strategies combined with the service implementation situation.
