摘要

基于对中国科协79种开放获取期刊的问卷调查,了解我国科技期刊开放获取的发展、障碍、计划与期望,分析我国科技期刊开放获取发展的态势,从加强培训和业务指导、重视平台建设、加强机构知识库建设、重视制订开放获取政策、探索可行的开放出版经济模式、实施有效的激励措施等方面,提出相对应的开放出版相关建议。

Abstract

Based on the survey of 79 OA journals of CAST, this paper discusses the current development, obstacles, plans and expectations, and analyzes the status of OA publishing in China. Finally, some proposals are suggested from the perspectives of training and operational guidance, platform development, institutional repository development, open access policy making, feasible business model and effective motivation measures.
