Shenyang Normal University library focuses on the development aim of first class university libraries in both Chinese and foreign countries, and promotes subject service actively. After experiencing the stage of initiation, popularity and innovation in the past 10 years, its subject service has achieved good effectiveness and enjoyed high reputation among industries. In order to promote the development of subject librarian system, this paper introduces the background, developing process and achievements of the subject librarian system in Shenyang Normal University Library.
