Taking cloud notes Evernote as the representative, this paper introduces the functions of its information access, organization, network synchronization and sharing, and compares it with Endnote. Then, it investigates and analyzes its application in various fields. The result shows that Evernote can help the subject librarians to preserve network academic information, organize academic information, form a rich media database of relevant disciplines, being embedded in the research group, achieve a seamless knowledge services and develop a disciplinary service team assessment system, in order to improve the efficiency and level of library knowledge services.
