摘要

通过调查研究,从服务理念、服务指南、服务项目和服务实践4个方面对美国图书馆的老年服务状况进行分析,指出我国图书馆应借鉴其经验:转换服务观念,深入了解老年用户;完善服务指南和法规,制定服务规划;明确服务重心,结合变化扩展服务内容;注重社会合作,积极参与国家老年事务;重视并充分发挥图书馆协会的作用。

Abstract

Based on the survey, this paper analyzes the status quo of American public library services to the old from four perspectives of service conception, guidelines, projects and practices. Then some implications for Chinese libraries are summarized, which include changing service conception, and deeply understanding the old, improving service guidelines and regulations and developing service planning, determining service key point and expanding service content combined with changing context, emphasizing cooperation and actively participating in the national aging affairs, and paying attention to and fully playing the role of library association.
