摘要

认为随着我国公共图书馆事业的发展,公共图书馆需改变刻板形象,引进面向用户的营销理念来获取用户的信赖与支持,体现其社会价值。通过调查问卷法和访谈法,结合营销学相关理论对副省级图书馆营销实践进行调查,并对调查结果进行数据统计和分析,最后提出相关建议。

Abstract

With the development of public library case, the public library should change its stereotype, introduce the user-oriented marketing idea to gain users’ trust and support to reflect its social value. This paper investigates the marketing practice of sub-provincial public libraries with the related theory of marketing by the methods of document inquisition and questionnaire. Finally, according to the statistical and analytical data, it makes some advices to current promotion work of Chinese public library.
