摘要

首先调研国内外高校科学数据共享平台的建设现状,在重点介绍国内外10余个有代表性的数据共享平台建设的基础上,从需求、目标、经费保障和数据来源几方面对平台建设的特点进行分析,最后就高校科学数据管理平台的建设目标、组织实施、系统架构、技术路线和平台功能提出若干建议,以期为今后的实践提供参考。

Abstract

This paper investigates the construction practices of scientific data management platforms in universities at home and abroad. Then it makes an analysis from the aspects of construction demands, goals, funding, and data sources. Finally, this paper makes some suggestions on the construction goal, organizational implementation, platform architecture, technical approach and system functions for future practice.
