摘要

选取国内权威的CALIS三期文献传递服务平台——e得、国际馆际互借与文献传递新典范——RapidILL以及作为商业信息服务机构代表的超星百链云图书馆,全面透视三者在文献资源共享方面的创新服务实践:搭建服务"共享域",整合服务资源,提升服务时效,简化计费机制,追求成本效益,由此总结出文献传递服务所呈现出的以下发展态势:提供以用户为主体的个性化按需服务;注重服务资源整合与供应链设计;实现产业内"公益-商业"的高效竞合。

Abstract

Based on the empirical evidences from CALIS Document Supply、RapidILL and Medalink, this paper aimed to provide comprehensive perspectives on the innovative service concepts of document resource sharing, which included following five aspects: the construction of the shared region、the integration of services resources、the improvement of effectiveness、the simplifying of billing mechanism and the pursuit of cost-effectiveness. Then the aspects of document delivery service are given: providing personalized and user-oriented services; emphasizing the integration of services resources and the design of supply chain; realizing the efficient competition with "Charity-Business" models in the document delivery industry.
