摘要

指出开放获取资源的快速增长,需要图书馆具备新的资源建设服务能力。基于开放资源环境的虚拟馆藏建设策略,重新设计开放资源建设框架和工作流程,提出当前需要重点建设的三个方面:开放资源利用评价标准设计——遴选出高质量的开放资源;开放资源的合作和"获取"策略设计——保障开放资源的可持续使用;开放集成服务内容设计——提供开放服务。最后,介绍中国科学院国家科学图书馆开放资源建设实践。

Abstract

The rapid growth of open access resources puts forward new demands on the library resource developments and service capabilities. Based on the virtual collection building strategy, this paper re-designed the development framework and workflow on open access resources, and focused on the three aspects including the open evaluation to select the high-quality resources, the open sharing and collecting modes to support the sustainable use of the resources, and the open integrated services. Some practices from National Science Library were also introduced.
