In the network controlled environment, user subjective factors are important variables that affect the performance of information retrieval. With the CCA canonical correlation analysis methods, we analyzed the relationship between the subjective factors and the other factors. The results showed that: ① The difficulty and the total task time was significantly related. When the users regard the retrieval task as difficult, they will pay more time and effort; ② The number of markup documents, the rate of repeat visitors, the number of browsing the page were significantly related with feelings and loss. ③The degree of happiness is inversely related to the degree of correlation and completion, which indicating that before retrieving the user with the lower degree of pleasure may get better search results.
