摘要

指出情报研究活动对于科研院所技术转移工作的重要性,分析科研院所技术转移过程中不同技术转移模式下的主要技术竞争情报需求,简要介绍技术竞争情报工作的实施,通过中国科学院研究所技术转移活动来说明科研院所技术转移中的技术竞争情报应用,最后对科研院所技术转移开展技术竞争情报活动提出相关建议。

Abstract

This paper shows the importance of information analysis activities to the technology transfer in research institutes, analyzes main technology competitive intelligence needs in the process of technology transfer activities and different technology transfer modes. It briefly introduces the implementation of information analysis work. It illustrates the technology transfer activities in Chinese Academy of Sciences to specify the application of technology competitive intelligence in research institutes. Finally, this paper makes some suggestions for research institutes to carry out technology transfer activities.
