By analysis of the basic connotation and characteristics of technological gate keepers,the article elaborates and summarizes the main points of study on technological gate keepers at home and abroad, and analyzes the role of technological gate keepers in competitive technical intelligence at enterprises as gathering and obtaining, screening and filtering, monitoring and evaluation, transmission and control, coordination and integration technological information/knowledge.
