The new library construction is an extremely important task, and the basic guarantee for long-term application effect of libraries in the future. It must be given high attention and careful planning at the beginning of design. Librarians should be deeply embedded in its planning, design and construction process. Combined with the practical work, this paper analyzes and discusses the concept, the overall plane layout and some design points of new library construction.
