对陕西省35所高校图书馆揭示OA资源的情况进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析。针对调查结果中所发现的OA资源揭示率低、名称设置不规范、资源整合能力较差等问题,从科学规划OA资源库的建设尤其是建立本校特色资源库、以统一标准规范揭示OA资源、注重OA资源的整合等三个方面提出建议和措施,以期促进陕西省高校图书馆充分合理地利用OA资源。

This paper investigates the situation of revealing OA resources in thirty-five university libraries in Shaanxi province, and analyzes the results. It finds that the revealing rate of OA resources is low, the name is non-standard, and resources integration ability is poor. According to these problems, this paper puts forward suggestions and measures to scientifically plan OA repository construction in three perspectives of building the university distinctive repository, unifying standard to reveal OA resources and paying attention to OA resources integration, to promote university libraries in Shananxi province to make rational use of OA resources.
