Choosing twelve empirical fields, which include foundation, application and technology fields and comprises homology and difference between fields, this paper describes the construction process and basic principles of data set in detail. Then it expounds the reasons why articles,authors and citations belong to first-level discipline,and discusses the co-occurrence matrix of citation category. Finally, it gets the data forms and results of each field,and well prepares for calculating indexes, analyzing and researching the phenomenon that three disciplines cross in the future.
