在梳理特色文献资源跨界合作研究与实践的基础上,分析影响特色文献资源跨界合作长效运行的主要影响因素,并根据中国审计情报中心建设项目的实践,指出构建整合异构资源的技术平台、建立知识产权保护和利益平衡机制、创造特色文献的信息价值、建立绩效评价机制等是实现跨界合作稳定发展、长效运行的关键举措。

The author hackles the literature research and practice of characteristic literature resources cross-border cooperation, and analyzes the main factors which affect the long-term running of characteristic literature resources cross-border cooperation. According to the practice of China Audit Information Center construction project, the author points out that building a technology platform of integrated heterogeneous resources, establishing the mechanisms for intellectual property protection and the balance of interests, creating the information values of characteristic literature, and establishing performance evaluation mechanism, are the key measures to achieve a steady and long-lasting cross-border cooperation.
