针对当前图书馆采访缺少用户参与而造成绩效不佳、图书流通率下降的现状,进行相关实践背景、手机采访系统、用户参与采访及相关案例的研究。通过科学设计方案、分析技术思路、构造数据结构与编写系统程序,制定用户参与政策、设置审核管理岗位、构建用户信用体系并阐述用户参与采访的步骤,实现手机图书馆用户全面参与采访的过程,并深入分析相关的实践案例、存在的主要问题与局限性,从而在采访理念创新及服务方式转变方面给出建议,以期提高图书采访效率、用户满意度和馆藏利用率。

To solve the poor performance of book acquisition and book circulation rate because of the book acquisition of library lack of users to participate, the paper studies the background, the system of mobile book acquisitioning, how users to participate in book acquisition, and relevant cases. It explores the process of mobile library users to fully participate in book acquisition by designing the project of system, analyzing the idea of technology, constructing data structure, writing the system program, based on which, setting the policies of user to participate, arranging the management positions of audit, building the user credit system, and expounding the steps to participate. The paper finally analyzes relevant practice cases in detail, discusses the existing main problem, and then gives the right suggestions on how to change the idea of book acquisition and the mode of the service, in order to increase the efficiency of book acquisition, user satisfaction, and collection utilization.
