摘要

分析数字科研环境下国外新型科研资源组织管理的研究实践和进展。首先依据国外管理的实践概括科研资源的新类型,然后结合国外相关具体研究总结目前科研资源组织管理所呈现的特征,并从管理政策和技术支持的角度分析国外科研资源组织管理的策略,提出目前组织管理策略研究中存在的问题,为科研资源组织管理的未来研究提供建议。

Abstract

This paper analyzes organization and management practices and development of new research resources in the digital research environment. New types of research resource are outlined according to the foreign practices. Then the features of organization and management are summarized with foreign specific research. Furthermore, foreign organization and management strategies are analyzed from the point of management policy and technical support. Problems in the strategies study are proposed to provide advices for future study.
