This paper investigates the research status of the interlinking technology of linked data, from three perspectives of its application examples, the popular methods and algorithms, and the linked discovery frameworks. It is concluded that:interlinking applications of linked data require further development; the interlinking algorithms need to meet the requirements of the "Big Linked Data"; the linked discovery frameworks need to support richer types of tasks, and provide functionalities of pipelining, overall planning and process control.
