Effectiveness of the network information ecological chain is evaluating its operation effect and the realization degree of its established goal. It is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of this network information ecological chain before optimizing and promoting it. This paper develops the evaluation index system of a network information ecological chain from five aspects of its structural components, information flow, operation cost, functions value and safeguard mechanism. Then it evaluates its effectiveness based on the AHP theory, and gives some suggestions on how to improve its efficiency.
