摘要

利用问卷调查和深度访谈的方式,针对中国科学院科研用户进行国防科研信息需求的调研与分析,归纳总结科研用户获取国防信息时信息类型多、需求强度高和获取途径难等特点,基于调研分析结果,从发现国家层面和第三方信息资源保障途径、组织文献情报服务产品、构建特色信息平台三个方面给出相对应的保障建议措施,为满足科研用户的国防信息需求提供服务策略。

Abstract

Investigating and analyzing the scientific users' defense information needs, finding the characteristics and difficulties of defense information, this paper has given three safeguards of resource development, information services, information technology and provides references for the defense information's service strategy.
