利用云计算技术、语义服务技术来解决数字图书馆的资源重复建设问题和互操作问题,提出云计算环境下的数字图书馆语义服务的框架模型并给出解决方案。自行设计、建立数字图书馆云计算服务平台,并在云平台上进行服务部署。设计云计算环境下的语义服务的描述、部署和组合方式,提出基于硬件检测和语义的云服务调度模式。提出数字图书馆云节点的监控和可视化显示方案,设计数字图书馆云门户。

The information cloud computing technology and semantic technology are used to resolve the interoperability issues and retrieval performance bottlenecks of the digital library. On the basis of the careful study on the interoperability protocol in the digital library and cloud computing technology, this project puts forward the framework and detail solution of the digital library application system under the environment of computing technology. It combines the cloud computing technology and the digital library project together, and verifies its feasibility. It puts forward and achieves the scheduling model of cloud computing. In addition, through the use of semantic technology, it puts forward and implements the new cloud computing resources scheduling model.
