The quality of service can be measured by quantification parameter in Information Service Level Agreement in library cloud computing service. In the study of quantification parameters in the information service, this paper takes environmental quality, interactive quality and perceived quality as the research object, constructs the concept model of library cloud computing service quality based on the SLA management method existing in cloud computing QoS parameter management, typical SLA parameters, the theory of DigiQUAL+TM, and the four survey aspects of QoS, and then verifies and revises conceptual model by survey data. The results show that the "transparency of service", "safety of information resource", "the speed of response", "the hours of service", "performance of sharing", "performance of cooperation", "responsibility management", "accident protection management" are the key parameter indicators; The safety of resources and guarantee of information service are the biggest influencing factors in the library cloud computing service.
