国内信息素质教育课程评析与建议

摘要

从课程目标与教学内容两方面对当前国内高校的信息素质教育课程进行分析,指出当前信息素质教育课程存在三方面不足:大学生信息素质教育忽视对信息管理与交流能力的培养;信息素质教育对本地资源依赖度过高;欠缺信息环境意识与对个人信息空间构建能力的培养。提出信息素质教育课程可以围绕一个中心两个基本点进行改革:转变以信息源为主导的教学模式,以人为中心,进行生本教育;以个人信息空间构建能力和个人信息管理能力的培育为基本点。

Abstract

This article analyzes the goals and contents of information literacy course offered by universities. It states three defects of this course: ignoring the cultivation of the skills of information management and communication at the undergraduate level; relying too much on the local information resources; lacking the training of competence of information environment awareness and personal information space construction. It proposes one centre and two basic points to the reformation of information literacy education course: transforming the information resource-centred model of teaching to student-centred model, taking the competences of personal information space construction and personal information management as the basic points.
