摘要

介绍中国社会科学院图书馆体制机制改革所经历的三个发展阶段。回顾中国社会科学院图书馆总分馆建设进程，对图书馆功能的重新定位进行分析评价，从资源建设、资源发现服务、一站式服务、用户培训、参考咨询、文献传递与馆际互借、网络服务、信息共享空间等方面，总结提出图书馆的服务创新体系。

Abstract

The reformation of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CASS) library saw three stages. This paper summaries the development of main-branch library system in the library of CASS, and analyzes how to re-define the library. Finally, it concludes the library innovative system in the collection development, resources recovery, one-stop service, user training, reference service, document delivery and ILL, web-based service and Information Commons.
