以小世界理论和疾病传播模型为理论基础，将公众心理应激作为变量构建新型的危机信息传播模型并进行仿真，以探求典型的公共危机信息传播机制。仿真结果表明：公众应激心理产生的应急行为对危机信息的传播具有导向性影响，公众应激产生的心理情绪通过相应的机制影响被传播节点的情绪，从而影响公众的传播行为；通过调整参数，加入政策因素进行研究，结果表明，官方信息的发布和更新速度以及信息发布量和覆盖率对公众的心理情绪和行为有显著影响；提高政府公信力，并加强政府对公众的危机心理干预可以有效提升公众的危机心理承受力与应对力。最后根据研究结果提出有针对性的政策建议。
Small world theory and disease spread model as the theoretical basis, this paper constructs and simulates a new crisis information dissemination model by using public psychological stress as variables, to explore a typical dissemination mechanism of public crisis information. The simulating results show that: the emergency behaviors produced by public psychological stress have guiding effect on the spread of public crisis information; the publishing and update speed of official information, the release amount and coverage rate of information significantly affect the public psychology and behaviors, by adjusting parameter and taking policy factor into the simulation; improving the government's credibility and strengthening the government's crisis psychological intervention to public can effectively enhance the public's capacities of psychological endurance and response to crisis. Finally, this paper puts forward targeted policy recommendations according to the results.
