基于信息产品供需视角，阐释连片特困区典型代表——武陵山片区信息贫困的表现形式、致贫原因贫，发现武陵山片区的信息贫困表现为无供给、无传播、无利用、不匹配4种类型，致贫原因则为信息产品供给不足、信息基础设施薄弱、信息利用能力低下和信息市场发展滞后，进而提出整合信息产品生产要素、加快信息基础设施建设、推进信息素质培训、完善信息产品供给机制等减贫对策。

With the perspective of information product supply and demand, this paper analyzed the symptoms, causes and countermeasures of information poverty in Wuling Mountain Area, the typical Contiguous Destitute Area. The results showed that, there were four types of information poverty, including no supply, no dissemination, no utilization and mismatching, and the causes were insufficient supply of information products, poor information infrastructure, low capability of information utilization and undeveloped information market. Lastly, the author proposed some suggestions for information poverty alleviation which included gathering of information produce resources, accelerating information infrastructure construction, promoting information literacy training, and improving supply mechanism of information products.
