An Empirical Study on Effective Factors on Chinese Children’s Choice About Reading Services in New Medium Environment

与关注儿童阅读对象的选择不同，对儿童阅读服务选择的研究旨在通过对该选择行为相关影响因素的确定与分析来帮助现有儿童阅读服务提供者提升自身服务，获得社会认知，或是提升经济收益。采用因子分析法和问卷法获得不同儿童阅读服务类型的特点因子以及儿童阅读服务选择活动的特点因子，在此基础上提出儿童阅读服务选择活动假设模型及其中的影响因子。研究发现：以服务提供者为主的儿童阅读服务选择外部环境因素主要包括：服务中所能提供的资源类型，服务所能涵盖的空间和时间，获得服务本身所需成本；儿童阅读服务选择行为的直接关联因素包括：家庭收入、父母教育背景、家庭结构、服务获取的时空距离、服务获取的技术距离、服务本身的内容、对服务本身的知晓、对服务功能和价值的认知、对服务特点的了解。

Different from children's choice of books, this paper aims to help reading services providers to promote services and gain social recognition by analyzing effective factors on children's choice about reading services. The paper analyzes the characteristics of different reading services and children's behaviors of reading service choice by using factor analysis and questionnaire. Then a possible model of children's choice about reading services is put forward. This research shows that the direct effective factors on children's choice about reading services include the followings: family income, parents educational background, family structure, time distance of obtaining reading service, space distance of obtaining reading service, content of reading service, awareness of reading service, understanding of the function, value and characters of reading service.
