开放获取运动增加了网络资源的可读性和学术性，并借助于信息技术，从阅读内容到阅读平台推动着“大阅读”时代的到来，一定程度上消解了图书馆的资源优势，改变着图书馆在用户阅读中的地位。图书馆必须要重建自身优势和能力，打破传统服务流程，从源头上整合资源注重对阅读内容的深度整合，强化知识关联和知识发现功能，建立起阅读中的问题发现和解决能力同时要强调服务队伍的能力建设，培养高度专业化、高素质的服务队伍，使智慧型服务成为可能。
The open access endows the online resources with readability and seriousness, and makes the coming of open reading society through the information technology. In some extent, it eliminates the resource advantage of library and changes its position in the users' reading. The library must rebuild its advantage and ability by breaking the traditional service flow and integrating the resources from the source. It should focus on the deep integration of reading contexts, strengthen the functions of knowledge association and knowledge discovery, and build the abilities of problem finding and solving. Meanwhile, it should emphasize on constructing librarian's abilities, build high-professional and high-quality service team, and make the wisdom-service become true.
