以罕见疾病及慢性疾病作为检索对象,以MEDLINE为数据源、MeSH为主要选词标准,分别使用PubMed搜索引擎中的3种不同的检索方法——默认的PubMed自动转换匹配检索、CISMeF自动转换匹配检索及通过主题词概念检索(即Medline索引的检索)进行检索实验,对3种不同检索方法的检出量和精确度进行比较分析,发现使用主题词概念检索比主题词检索所得到的检索精确度更高。希望该实验结果能够为我国医学文献检索系统的开发研制提供有益参考。
This paper takes rare diseases and chronic diseases as search objectives, MEDLINE as the data source, and MeSH as main selecting standards. Then it makes search experiments using three different search strategies in PubMed search engine, including PubMed Automatic Term Mapping (ATM), Catalog and Index of French-language Health Internet (CISMeF) ATM, and extrapolating the MEDLINE citations that should be indexed with a MeSH Concept. Finally, it makes a comparative analysis on the retrieval results and precisions of three sets of queries that are built for them. The results show that higher retrieval precision can be obtained with queries based on MeSH Concepts rather than MeSH Descriptors which is the current default. It hopes that the experiment can provide a useful reference for the development of medical document retrieval system in China.
