摘要

提出微信作为全媒体时代的新兴产物在图书馆移动服务中的应用意义，应用实践的角度入手，阐述微信在图书馆移动服务中个性化、轻便化和移动化的的设计思路。以上海交通大学图书馆的应用为例，构建符合设计思路的系统架构，并详细阐述其关键技术。统计分析表明，用户偏向于交互性信息咨询服务。最后对图书馆微信服务提出规划与设想。

Abstract

This research points out that WeChat has practical application value as a new product of convergent media era in mobile library service. In the view of practical application, this paper expounds the design train of thought of personalized, lightweight and mobile about WeChat in library service. With Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library as an example, the research builds in conformity with the design of system architecture, and expounds in detail the key technologies. Statistical analysis shows that users prefer for interactive information reference services. Finally, the paper puts forward planning ideas for WeChat service in the library.
