Research on the Supply of Competitive Intelligence Services for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Dominated by the Smart Government in Big Data Era

Current situation and main problems of competitive intelligence work in small and mediun-sized enterprises in big data age are discussed from the characteristics of big data. Then based on the analysis on governmental functions and advantages in providing competitive intelligence services in the era of big data, the supply of competitive intelligence service for small and medium-sized enterprise led by smart government is studied. In the end, this paper puts forward suggestions for the government on providing the competitive intelligence services.
