This paper relies on author co-citation analysis, and explores the aggregation mode based on author co-citation analysis. Then it tries to find the way to improve the aggregation service by aggregating library resources. It takes the authors studying ontology in library and information science for example. Based on author co-citation analysis and aggregation, the authors can be divided into 5 groups, which separately focus on ontology theory, and ontology research about digital library, concept lattice, knowledge maps, modularization and thesaurus. The result shows that aggregating library resources based on author co-citation analysis is an effective way.
