摘要

运用商业生态系统结构、健康评价标准以及内部企业角色与战略匹配等理论模型进行分析,发现苹果公司通过应用商店这一商业模式构建新的移动互联网商业生态系统,实施骨干型战略及提供良好的平台和利润分享机制,与移动应用软件供应商和客户形成协同进化的关系,从而保持了商业生态系统整体的健康和活力,从而保持商业生态系统整体的健康与活力,赢得移动互联网产业的领导权。在中国市场,以“移动梦网”为代表的旧商业系统,已被苹果公司构建的新商业生态系统所取代。

Abstract

The competition of mobile internet industry has been becoming the competition of different business ecosystems. Based on the theoretical models of business ecosystem structure, sound evaluation criteria and internal enterprise's matching choices of roles and strategies, the paper finds that Apple Inc. has constructed a new mobile internet business ecosystem through App Store, implemented the backbone strategy and provided a good platform and profit-sharing mechanism, and built up the co-evolution relationship with mobile application software vendors and customers, to maintain the healthy and vitality of the whole business ecosystem. At last, the business ecosystem built by Apple Inc. replaces the old business ecosystem, such as "Monternet", and Apple Inc. wins the leadership of mobile internet industry.
